Daiginjo Genshu - using Yamadanishi rice made in Okayama prefecture with pollishing ratio of 50%. It is piece of art, Daignjo Genshu sake.
It is Genshu so you can enjoy the aroma from Ginjoshu.
It is named after Mr. Rouro Sakatani, the scholar of Chinese classics in the end of Edo period who gave the name "Ran (orchid)" for the signature brand of Yamanari Sake Brewery.
