Watanabe Shuzojo, Asachan's Doburoku
Doburoku is the old style unfiltered sake. There are many rice bits in the bottle.
Back in the day, rice farmers used to home brew. Due to alcohol taxation, doburoku is banned to make at home since Meiji era.
Besides sake making, doburoku making requires a different type of license.
