長野県産美山錦を39%まで磨き上げ、低温で長期発酵させたもろみを酒槽で手間をかけて搾りました。やわらかな香りとバランスの取れた味わいです。

Sake rice "Biyamanishiki" which is produced in Nagano prefecture is being polished to 39%, moromi was fermented long term in low temperature. Used sake filtering which takes time. The soft fragrance and well balanced taste.
