This is the premium liquor series based on “I MY ME Gold Junmai sake” 

Generally speaking, most of plum sake is made with Shochu & quite sweet.

But this product which use ancient rice as the base and it's more like “plum sake for adults” (which is less sweet than other plum sake.) 

Juicy but not too sweet and you won’t get tired of drinking with this Umeshu plum sake. 

Using only plum made in Japan, it is plum sake fermented with “I MY ME Gold Junmai sake”
