This is a set of 2 bottles of 720 ml to enjoy the taste difference of Junmaishu, using same rice but polishing rate and the yeast is different.

1. Tokyo Kurabito Junmai Ginjo, Kimoto method

Rice: Gohyakumangoku sake rice

Rice polishing ratio: 55%

Alcohol: 15%

Nihonshudo (Sake Meter Value) +1

Recommended food: Salmon Aqua Pazza

Recommended temperature to drink: cold (5~10℃)room temperature(10~25℃)warm (40~45℃)

2. Sawanoi Tokubetsu Junmai 

Rice: Gohyakumangoku sake rice

Rice polishing ratio: 60%

Alcohol: 15%

Nihonshudo (Sake Meter Value) +1

Recommended food: Deep fried tofu in dashi soup, vinegared mackerel, tuna sashimi

Recommended temperaturep to drink: cold (5~10℃)room temperature(10~25℃)warm (40~45℃)
