Junmai Nigori using Tasan G Yeast produced in Gifu prefeture. 
This high acidity which is rare to find in other Japanese sake, balances off with the sweetness from the rice.
Not just it pairs well with Japanese food, it pairs well with spicy ethenic food as well. 
Depending on your preference, you can dilute with soda or add pepper - it brings out the  unique taste difference.  
Alcohol content is only 11% so it is recommended for sake beginners.
